Bower install requires bootstrap and angular-bootstrap about angular-dialog-service

Sorry been on vacation, I'll have to look into this. I know there is a reason for requiring the Bootstrap JS as well, I just can't recall what the problem that I encountered was. Perhaps it was fixed with later Angular-UI-Bootstrap versions but I failed to remove the Bootstrap JS.

angular-ui-bootstrap still needs the CSS from Bootstrap

when some build system reads bower components for you (e.g. Brunch, gulp-bower-files, etc.) then you have to do something like this in your bower.json:

"overrides": {
    "bootstrap": {
        "main": []
    },
}

and then use the CSS explicitly in your pipeline or as a LESS import..

if there was an easy way to officially express a dependency on just the bootstrap CSS I'd imagine angular-bootstrap would have done it already..
