5.0 is the latest, I'll have a look. I think a merge may have reset that functionality. Sorry for the delay in getting to this issue but I've been extremely busy of late.

Yup its exactly as I suspected, a merge reset the wait dialog template. I'll be releasing a 5.1 version with the correction. Also note that the translatations in this version will be its own separate module you'll need to include that in your application module dependency list as well as "dialogs.main" in order to use the default headers or messages. Take a look at the example folder to see what I'm talking about, after I've posted the changes.
