步骤应该是这个样子，最近数据库表结构没发生变化，变化的只是数据，这些数据管理员都可以通过修改配置生成出来，所以问题不大。
另外，最新版的docker web镜像还没生成，会尽快push的。

这个就比较复杂了，可能需要具体问题具体分析了，代码升级时尽量避免这种情况，实在万不得已才改动。
