Some refactorings possible in options + an explanation about neovim-from-scratch

I haven't still figured out how to set these options globally sadly.

can be rewritten in pure lua as

vim.opt.whichwrap:append "<,>,[,],h,l"
vim.opt.iskeyword:append "-"
