Remember that -fetchOAuthAccessTokenWithRequestToken:verifier: is the second step of the OAuth process after the user authorizes access from browser, so you can't call into in the middle, as the "hard coded" verifier will already be expired.

Think about how you would design an app to keep a normal user's access token you obtained at the last step of the OAuth access. That might help. Although I highly suspect uploading images to a pre-authroized, hard-coded user may be against Flickr's Terms of Use — you might want to check that. Also technically it's looks problematic. Even if you're able to keep the shared access token, Flickr may decide to expire that token at any time.
