Issue with the "date" type in an @Example decorator about tsoa

@electrotype I've thought more about this and I'm wondering if it's a bad idea to introduce the concept of "expressions" in the example, at least in the sense of actually evaluating the expressions.

Maybe what we should do is allow you to pass in a date in order for it to be a "type safe" representation of the model, but during swagger spec generation, generate an example date on the fly.
