`jug status` output over 80 characters wide about jug

Rather than go through a pull request, here is what it would be, line 149 of status.py:

Mmmmm.... are terminals still 80 chars wide? Do you use such a beast regularly?

In python 3.3, you can check for terminal width. I might do a check for this and use the narrow version if the terminal is indeed narrow.

Thanks to a recent patch by @asford, jug now checks the terminal width and adapts. So this issue is now fixed.
