Worth noting that the v3 of this, works on RM as it is now - so no need to hunt for new memory addresses!
Wonder about having the activation for up / down / enter / escape - the only 4 that "really" need to be used, change based on the tuning the game thinks the player was last in....

Starting to work, just needs to be tested on all the notes possible (currently only tested with a hard-set E3 with a predetermined command to use) and GUI setup.
