  • 印象：执行意图是PM Gollwitzer于1999年在Implementation intentions: Strong effects of simple plans这篇论文中提出的，在这篇论文中，他详细介绍了执行意图的好处，却并未告诉我们如何使用执行意图，直到2015年，他老婆出版了一本woop思维心理学才把这个坑填上。
  • 印象2：执行意图之所以有用，是因为他事先设置好了项目的优先级，将具体情景中的事情排好了序列，减少大脑的选择,你能如何使用它？w代表wish，是你想要实现的目标，o代表outcome，是你实现目标会带来的好处，o代表obstacle，是你执行项目过程中的阻碍，p代表plan，是你依据这些阻碍列好的if和than
