Easier configuration of templates about smart-table

Hi,

you are rigth. I have planned to turn smart-table into a declarative configuration mode so that you can define you template and directives you want to use per smart table instance :

Lorenz, I'm the guy that extended that datatables look a week or two back. Added a few of these very things guys are looking for, if u like I can make a pull req. we can discuss merging in some of the extensions at your discretion.
