Loop App Repeatitly Crashing and losing function. about loop

I have been having this exact same issue and it has been driving me crazy nd has really made my blood sugar go dangerously high. I even went and bought a brand new phone hoping it would stop the issue and it hasn't. If you can figure out any way of helping, please let me know!

i've been experiencing the exact same problem with both of you for the past month. i also went nuts and thought that my phone was the problem, so i bought a new one. It seemed like my health app was working properly and also I had enough storage, but the problem was there.

I might have just figured out a way to solve this now and so far it seems to be working.
I just followed these steps:

1. Opened Settings
2. Went to Health app
3. Went to data field and pressed Access to data, devices
4. Chosen the Loop app
5. From the field that says : Allow loop app to read : I disabled the Blood glucose data.
   ( My phone is in greek language, but I'm uploading the pics just for reference )

I had this issue a few months ago. It was being caused by Nightscout upload. As soon as I turned that off, the crashes stopped. Can someone look into this please?
