Mongo 3 log changes about logstash-patterns-core

Hi @Garito,
thanks for your contribution. Do you mind opening a PR to add this pattern? there is also the option to add some testing for the pattern as in https://github.com/logstash-plugins/logstash-patterns-core/blob/master/spec/patterns/core_spec.rb#L23 , this would be awesome.

I think adding this pattern as a companion to the old one would be very nice.

you can just add the pattern yourself just do a PR as the many ones in pending review in this project, but I'm happy to add this by myself if you are not up for it.

Can you provide some log examples so we can also have test for this pattern?
