High CPU Usage on multiple platforms about localsend

same here on localsend via flathub/flatpak on linux x64. very high load in idle. gui visible. when gui minimized or lowered still plenty of CPU cycles eaten away.

This should be fixed with v1.11, you can disable animations under advanced settings

I have found the core issue regarding the high usage. It's because of the spin animation of the logo.

I have implemented a much more performant solution in #679 that should improve this even when the app is in foreground.

If minimized to tray / menu bar, the usage should already drop to 0% in the latest version (1.11.1) with #626
