Documentation about polygeist

I grabbed the www branch, replaced baseURL, re-built the site, and uploaded it to polygeist.pages.dev. There should be a viewable website for now.

I do not intend to maintain this makeshift website. Whoever is in charge of this should fix the official website instead.

Oh thank you @iBug and @BenWibking for pinging, somehow I missed this issue.

@joker-eph @tstellar can we have some assistance from some LLVM GH org admins on this. It looks like GH changed something about the verification of custom domains, that broke our resolution.

I've tried adding the custom domain in our repo's settings but it's hitting an error with "You must verify your domain polygeist.mit.edu before being able to use it." which I do not appear to have permission to do. I can, add any of the requisite verification pages or subdomains to the MIT site for Github to be happy.

polygeist.pages.dev is now issuing 301 redirects to polygeist.llvm.org. Thanks to the LLVM people for bringing this back on the right track.
