Follow up: if this works fine, probably it is no need to add buffer for prediction. Otherwise, an extra function to generate new tiles with a reasonable buffer is necessary.
In general, I don't believe adding buffer makes sense. So it might because we didn't do right normalization before.

Done this issue. Add normalization transform in workflow.
