GitHub is not a support forum. The Json file IS the list of titles. Bad, full, or corrupt SD, down website, down internet... Figure it out.

My 3DS is packed, so I can't actually check if CIAngel is finding the JSON, but the site is still loading.
Two options for this issue:
- Your internet is broke
- The JSON has gotten to such a size that we can no longer fit it in memory (I knew this day would come, damn users contributing so many keys)

Delete your WINGS and CONFIG json file, odds are you've set a filter or your JSON file is a vegetable.
