非根目录无法安装

感谢解答。放在根目录安装好了。
还有个问题，安装时没设置redis：
session.save_handler = redis
session.save_path = "tcp://127.0.0.1:6379"
之后设置，然后重启PHP：systemctl restart php8.2-fpm
下单时一直报验证码错误（确认输入正确，redis安装正确并正常运行）。
而且/admin后台无法登录。
注释掉设置redis的代码，重启PHP，就恢复正常了。
是要开始安装前就要设置好redis吗？
环境：ubuntu20.4 php8.2 甲骨文Arm
