Canned responses in Desktop Client about livehelperchat

It's possible just takes time and desktop client updates lags behind web client updates - a lot :)

Implemented in remdex_dev branch. Will close this issue after I merge to master

New version released. It has support for desktop client canned messages. Desktop client and web client have to be updated.

Canned responses doesn't seem to be picking up the responses I have created
in the database in the lh_canned_msg table.
Is there somewhere else I should be putting the canned messages?

Hi,

You have to update whole app. Not just create a table.

I've updated the desktop client but can't see where to add canned messages.
The dropdown box doesn't seem to let you add new ones.

That's what I thought but I can only see the canned messages in the web client,
the desktop client has the dropdown box but doesn't see the canned message
I saved.

I've attached a couple of screenshots as an example.

For me all works. Problem is with your instance not chat itself.
P.s have you cleared cache after install?
