You do not have to delete user. Just your user has to logout and login again. No need to delete users.

I logout and login again but still permission doesn't apply to previous users...

Please check and confirm..

Hi,
Try this workflow.

1. Edit role
2. Clear cache from back office.
3. Logout and login with your user.

I marked as enhancements this issue. I think i will remove caching for permissions at-least in files. So in the future you will be able to skip 2 item.

Implemented and already in master simpler permission cache. For your user it's just enough logout and login that's all no need to clear any cache from your part.
