It's working on the dev site now. I didn't change anything, don't understand exactly what changed but it's working great. No error's.

Feeling kind of dumb but same issue on the production box so will go back to trouble shooting on the production server.

Hi,

This error may be produced in three cases.

1. User does not have Javascript enabled.
2. Form has to have this part onsubmit="return lhinst.addCaptcha('',$(this))", perhaps you have removed it accidentely?
3. After FAQ widget open this captcha is valid for 10 minits after that it produces error.

It's a bone stock install, so I did not change any of the forms. Hoping this is just not some stupid rookie mistake :)

I was loading the <script> on the bottom, thought i'd try it on the top and it worked. I switched it back to the bottom, it quick working again. Ok, no biggie, put it back to the top and now it's the same thing.

I know javascript is working. Tested on 3 computers, Safari, Chrome Firefox and even IE. All with the same error. It was a painless and trouble free install. This site uses a ton of javascript and I just keep wondering if something is causing me troubles.

I want to post the url but I dont want the big G crawling it... d3skgig.com replace the 3 with an e. I'll turn it back on for the night. Maybe if you see it in action, it will make more sense? Or can I just get rid of the captcha all together?

Well, there is always simple way to test. If it works on http://livehelperchat.com site that means issue on your side :)

All you need to do is go to settings in the admin section and click on CLEAN CACHE. Boom
