Sorry but I cannot reproduce. It on demo.livehelperchat.com, i ques something wront with your installation, or you have tried creating roles and policies by hand.

Hmm, demo.livehelperchat.com works fine. May be it's a problem of my installation, but it was smooth and with no other errors. I didn't edit roles by hand, just deleted several policies from operator's role through backend UI. OK, I'll make a new installation and should this problem rise again, I'll report.
