Would it be possible to get FTP logins or something like that. You can skype me - nick remdex, i could help you to debug. But i ques it's something related to configuration. Have you changed settings.ini.php file?

Sadly there is no ftp daemon installed at all, it's a debian with standard php running as fastcgi with fcgid, there are few changes in the php-ini but all related only to logging and buffers ( max_upload and so on), nothing more.

as just discovered with remdex on skype, it seems that the module name isn't guessed rightly when you have livehelperchat in a path with the same name of a module ( so, i was having a "chat" path and it won't work with the "chat" module name discovery ).

The work around is fairly easy: just change the path name where livehelper chat is installed to something else and it work, for example:

from http://www.unixmedia.it/chat/index.php/chat/getstatus
to http://www.unixmedia.it/livehelp/index.oho/chat/getstatus
