Feature request: Make coordinate types configurable as float about litehtml

Excellent idea! I've planned to make all positions as float (see issue #14), but the special type is much better solution, I guess.

Maybe the better name for this pixel_t. What do you think?

pixel_t sounds like color to me, would pixel_coord_t be too long you think?

Edit: on second though a coordinate is a 2d vector, if the type is meant to be the basis for such a vector, then the type represents a scalar (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scalar_%28physics%29), so scalar_t as a general type for any vector may be more appropriate or pixel_scalar_t if you want to be more descriptive/specific.
