antq command not found - exit code 127 about antq-action

antq-action does not provide the antq command. It shouldn't even be in the README.
This is not a action for setting up antq but for running antq.

This step just runs antq and outputs outdated dependencies if there are.
So when all dependencies are up-to-date, there are no outputs.

This has happened on several repositories, although some repositories antq is listing libraries to update.

In this case, antq output outdated dependencies in the Setup Antq step not Antq Check versions, and failed.

The liquidz/antq-action runs antq, so the additional antq check job is not required.
