I've been having the same problem as you for about a week now, but with Debian. (relevant bits below)
Ign:1 http://apt-longview.linode.com bullseye InRelease
Err:2 http://apt-longview.linode.com bullseye Release
404 Not Found [IP: 97.107.139.216 80]
E: The repository 'http://apt-longview.linode.com bullseye Release' no longer has a Release file.
N: Updating from such a repository can't be done securely, and is therefore disabled by default.
N: See apt-secure(8) manpage for repository creation and user configuration details.
Would love to see if this can be resolved.

For the time being, I backed up the two files…
/etc/apt/sources.list.d/longview.list
and/etc/apt/sources.list.d/longview.list.distUpgrade
…into a newly created directory…
/etc/apt/sources.list.d/longview_backup
…and was able to complete the other necessary OS updates.
This is a temporary fix if longview is still in use on Linode. Is longview dead now? Is it coming back?

I opened a ticket with Linode and twice they have responded with simple messages instructing how to add a repository, one of them clearly generated by some genai/chatbot. WTF? Their level-1 support people don't understand the issue. I suspect that they may have made some server changes and some repository update script was forgotten or is broken.

Try using https in the longview source file.

@LLPP65 That worked. Thanks!

@LLPP65 @jdmartin Now running for me as well, though I'm not sure there is anything there to be updated. :P
