I propose:
- the default behavior of imports is to merge the imported schema into the main one
- an exception is made for internal types, e.g. biolinkml
- we can later add a qualifier or a new directive for non-merging imports
I think this is necessary to have pythongen working
from linkml.

- Generators should escape correctly `@`.
- `gen-excel` should be able to handle slots which have Enum ranges and are also multivalued
- Add methods to simplify working with annotations to SchemaView
