The code sets en-US as the culture of the voice recognition grammar created. If your culture is different to this then recognition fails. If I set an en-GB culture on the grammar builder then it works for me.

When I say 'sets' I mean it uses the default which seems to be en-US even when running on a non US version of Windows

var gb = new GrammarBuilder(c) {Culture = CultureInfo.InstalledUICulture};

should be a generic fix
