symbol(s) not found for architecture x86_64 about libusbmuxd

if do not add those 2 lines, config libusbmuxd will told not install libplist.... i do not know why...

You don't have pkg-config installed, so the configure script does not find the installed libplist.

export libplist_CFLAGS=/usr/local/include/
export libplist_LIBS=/usr/local/lib/

These are fallbacks when pkg-config is not installed. You're variables are incorrect. Try:

export libplist_CFLAGS=-I/usr/local/include
export libplist_LIBS="-L/usr/local/lib -lplist"

Notice the "-I" before the path in CFLAGS and the "-L" before the path in LIBS.
