Looks like the update didn't trigger after approving the updated permissions. I've just triggered a manual update, released as 7.4.0
from mdi-react.

Looks like Renovate has changed some behavior on when creating PRs for a specific setting I've used in my setup so it sadly still wasn't fixed. New versions will be regularly released from now on again.

Hey. Sorry for that. Looks like the automatic pipeline to detect upstream updates was broken due to updated permissions on the Renovate GitHub app that I've missed. I've just accepted the updated permissions and expect updates to be pushed again.
