Second slash is added to filename in URL on second page load about typo3-secure-downloads

Trying to track this down in SecureDownloadService.php:

First run for page of parseFE (line 77) on $typoScriptFrontendController->content leads to proper result. Second run leads to bug while content for $this->getHtmlParser()->parse() (line 82) stays the same.

As a second thing I noticed, is that the leading slash of the secure URL is removed by parser.

The bug seems to relate to #12. When the page is parsed a second time (from cache). $GLOBALS['TSFE']->absRefPrefix is empty in HtmlParser.php.

this seems to be related to a core bug which is currently being solved: https://forge.typo3.org/issues/88294
I believe that the mechanism in secure_downloads will work once this is fixed.
