Thank you. I tried that some time ago and it did work. I had not set that originally because the settings form says:

"A domain prefix before the secured directories part (e.g. http://www.host.com/). Not needed for internal (relative) links."

and these are internal links. I think that you can close this, but do recommend removing that line from the form.
