CPU and memory limits are set inside the executor module while building a container. They should instead be parametrised and sent to the executor along with the code submission.

When constructing a tar for building a docker image, file I/O is required to read the Dockerfile. This is a problem when there are a lot of requests and requires increasing the ulimit nofile property.

Instead, the contents of these files can be kept in memory. It would also remove the necessity for a separate thread in Executor.

Images built for a submission are not removed automatically. It would be nice to have a clean up task running in parallel which would remove those periodically or based on a threshold.

As it stands, the error module is a mess and needs some work. UnknownError should be replaced with the respective errors.
