PointyCastle uses Reflectable which unfortunately isn't in sync with newest packages.
You can track it here: google/reflectable.dart#136
Sorry about that, but nothing I can fix 😞 unless I stop using PointyCastle or use my own versions of Reflectable and PointyCastle (using my Reflectable).

You can try using Aqueduct 2.5.0.

I couldn't find the Aqueduct 2.5.0. This why I get the 3.0. If I try Aqueduct 2.5.0 will this plugin work?

Just guessing that old versions of Aqueduct would use old versions of dependencies, but not sure.
