Services Communication about lelylan

Add services communication to Lelylan. You should start to think about all the services that can communicate and about the blocking protocol. To make this work you need to have the webhooks service up and running. Actually I should split this feature in three elements.

• Communication physical devices.
• Communication webhooks for realtime notification.
• Communication webhooks blocking. This is the most complex case. When you have a blocking webhook you send a request. This request is halted from n services. You save the ids of these webhooks and only when all of them are removed (success) you pass to change the physical world.

The second point has been completed creating the realtime API.
Now we need to work on the communication with the physical world, our next step.

For the blocking we will move it in another milestone, simply because right now we do not have complex scenarios and we do not have a rule system up and running to use.

The first point has also be completed. Right now we are able to communicate with the physical world. We close here the issue and move the third point to MS4 as it is a really advanced system we shouldn't care about right now.
