failed tests run first about canopy

Thanks for the suggestion, its very useful, especially in conjunction with fail fast!

To start using it in your tests its very simple, just add
runFailedContextsFirst <- true
at the top of your test.

Remember that you need to use contexts for this to work. Since your contexts will potentially run out of order make sure that one context does not rely on a user/etc that was created or modified in a previous context.
