Hello, I would like to help
Where can I get the information form "2020ScheduledGames" and what kind of data would it be?
from prospect-scraper-dt2021.
Here's an article from 9/17 about the schools that are and are not participating.
I'm not sure if there's a single clear source of this data.
sports-reference looks like it may have the schedule for each individual team on the schedule and results tab. One of the reasons behind trying to make this list is that I haven't found a good place where this information is anywhere else.
For example, I think SEC teams are playing 10 games, Big Ten teams are playing 8 games, and the Pac 12 may have just announced yesterday that they are playing 6 games, plus one game that appears to be TBD since two of the teams will be playing for the conference championship, but the other 10 teams will also be playing. I think NDSU is only playing one game in the fall, but their schedule seems to indicate that they may have games starting in February of 2021.
Currently, I'm not planning to count bowl games or playoff games, but I'm willing to listen to arguments if someone thinks that those games need to be added.
