@jasonkuhrt, what do you mean by package support? Do you mean as a module etc? Let me know specifically what you're looking to add and I'll consider it.

We definitely need a bower.json and should publish this to Bower, if that's what you're getting at.

k cool. We're using iNoBounce with ~80% happiness in our project so happy to contribute at least the package support.

We would love to also patch support for bouncing even when at the top/bottom of a scroll container via some tricky algorithm but no idea when we'll have the time for that near term.

I filed #7 to track the top/bottom bounce issue. I remember trying to get this to work and failing, but definitely interested in approaching the issue again.
