As of #266 and #267 network requests to price aggregators and exchanges can be routed via tor
As of #271 network requests made by Standard QML components such as Image or XmlHttpRequest are routed through tor if tor is enabled and running, so that includes requests made to the dicebear (Identicon) API.
Edit: After doing some tests, I realized that only price API requests are routed through tor and not monero.fail probably due to monero.fail being processed too soon before tor is even enabled, but it shouldn't be that big of a deal (imo) since monero.fail is owned by a well-known Monero community member.
