I've recreated the issue here.

It's deep within a third party library - Apache Axis. 

I can confirm that a more recent version of the library has no issue with 
building the classes for the given WSDL but unfortunately we can't just dropin 
the latest jar as we have some customisations that will need to be ported.

For my developments, the upgrade of the Apache Axis is really necessary. The 
#301 issue was marked as WontFix 
http://code.google.com/p/openbluedragon/issues/detail?id=301. I hope now you 
can help us.
