To be honest, I didn't design the tool so that everyone could use it. I designed the tool so that someone with reasonable technical competence could use it. Newcomers with a reasonable level of technical competence can read the wiki, fiddle with the tool, and have it all figured out in a relatively short period of time. I'm less concerned about user population and more concerned about competent professionals getting the job done efficiently and effectively.
