For my needs, there isn't a need to have the capabilities available in code, but this needs to be handled regardless.
Not a big deal, but surely there is a JSDoc-adherent name for what "handler" is.
The examples are using methods from when the library was junos-specific, whoops
I need to remove the "operationalCommand" methods as soon as I create junos-netconf.js
As I'm running through the hello parsing, I'm curious if there should be a connect call back, which would be an ideal location to handle capability checking (e.g. only perform these actions if the server supports capability A). Not sure on the usefulness just yet, but it kind of annoys me it's not there.
