手动滑动加这个就行了.setViewPagerIsScroll(true)，默认是有的 可能有冲突

你好，目前已经更新1.0.2版本 支持手势滑动，指示器一直都有的。播放器更自由的控制的方式后期会逐步完善。因为自定义时间的不均衡导致之前的手势滑动会有bug，现在已经更新代码支持滑动了。
