In response to this:
Looks like maybe a firewall is runnign that prevents most INGRESS into the windows VM.
We'd like to fix that so its easier to reproduce issues in https://testgrid.k8s.io/sig-windows-experimental#capz-master-windows-service-proxy ....
Anyone wanna add a PS1 one liner to kill off all the windows firewalls ?
