This is a good idea. I added support for ALHP to the build script.

I don't know if i will upload ALHP variants to the releases page since there are already a lot of Conty variants there, but at least those who build Conty manually can use ALHP now.

You can try and see if it works, you will need to change enable_alhp_repo variable value to true and alhp_feature_level to 3. I myself can't test feature level 3 since my current CPU does not support AVX and AVX2, i'll try level 2 though.
