It is used in LibertyTunnel for SNI Modification.
If you want to develop a plugin which uses MITM functionality, follow this manual, but:
- I have not released a Gradle plugin for building Android-compatible plugin jar's, I uploaded a script for D8 that does that job in other issue
- Latest PowerTunnel versions do not implement packet reading/writing functionality properly, but it is implemented in the master branch, so you need to build it manually until the new version is released
Maybe I'll look into it in the coming months.
