martian plugin about krakend-martian

martian plugins were experimental and we abandon them because martian is not suitable to be used as part of a krakend plugin due the shared dependencies (the library registers a flag by default, so the plugin crashes when it tries to register the flag again). They will be removed in the next major release.

you can use your martian modifier if you import the package and recompile the CE binary

Thanks for explaining. I don't want to build my binary - this was the reasoning behind the plugin experiment. I'll pick another solution.
