Ctrl-Tab and Ctrl-Shift-Tab not working with neovim inside tmux about kitty

Just after posting I discovered the discussion in #6538 and with a bit of tinkering found a solution, so I am going to close this issue. Sorry for the noise!

For future readers, this is what I came up with: making Ctrl-Tab send Alt-k and Ctrl-Shift-Tab send Alt-j:

map ctrl+tab send_text all \x1bk
map ctrl+shift+tab send_text all \x1bj
