Make fails: "cannot find -lnfd" about midivisualizer

Phew, finally got it to work.

Steps I had to do:

• build and add nativefiledialog to my libs
• had to change the lib directory to LIBDIR = -L/usr/lib (at least on my archlinux system)
• add `pkg-config --cflags gtk+-2.0` `pkg-config --libs gtk+-2.0` to the build line as it was apparently missing gtk+

I am not sure if the thing with GTK+ is only a problem on my system and if /usr/lib is only the correct path on Archlinux.

I have updated the readme with additional informations for compilation. Note that I haven't tested the Linux version since v1.0, even if I have "mechanically" updated the makefile.

Glad that it finally worked!

The location where glfw and other dependencies are installed will depend on your distribution and/or package manager configuration. I think the link against gtk+ is required by nativefiledialog.
