Using with Kubernetes about django-prometheus

Hey @afshinm this is not really Django-specific, so I'll refer you to the Prometheus/Kubernetes discovery documentation (https://prometheus.io/docs/operating/configuration/#<kubernetes_sd_config>). In this case you'd want a pod discovery to discover all pods running your Django app, and presumably you'd have prometheus rules to aggregate stats from all pods running a given app (so you'd have "pod level" stats and "global app level" stats, possibly with intermediate levels e.g. "all pods in a given cluster level").

The setup itself depends quite a bit on what exactly your infrastructure looks like and how much precision and flexibility you want from your monitoring.

Note that the "multiple uwsgi processes" problem is independent from the "multiple pods" problem - for that please see #46
