Hi, everyone. I also encountered this error today (403: Forbidden: Other Error), but after digging further into it, I think it's not real. I don't have a clear set of steps to get past it, so I'll just tell you what I experienced and let you try on your own.

I followed the steps in the README to add the PS5 to HomeBridge and hit the error. I turned Remote Play off and left it alone while I ate dinner. When I came back, I was able to add the PS5 to the Home app, but it said that the code was invalid. I tried again and told it to use the camera, and it scanned the QR code off the HomeBridge main screen and added the PS5. At that point I turned Remote Play back on and ran homebridge-playstation-login and it successfully logged into the PS5. I was in the Remote Play screen and saw the notification pop up that my PSN ID had connected via Remote Play. From then on I was able to turn the PS5 on through the Home app.

I don't know that leaving it alone for a while really did anything, but you may want to try adding it to the Home app, then reconnecting with homebridge-playstation-login and seeing if it works. At worst it should be a no-op. At best you'll get past this error.

I wish there was a way to put it into sleep mode instead of powering it off, but 🀷 at least now I can turn on the TV, the Govee lights, set to HDMI 3 and turn on the PS5 all with a single voice command.
